My career has spanned four decades of working in law around the world. I’ve been a partner in a law firm in the City of London, litigated in the High Courts of London and Singapore, and have spent 25 years’ as a topflight property lawyer. Find here answers to the legal questions I have been asked most frequently relating to the various services I offer.
My Family Law & Divorce services include financial agreements, relationship agreements, making provision for children, property disputes and much more. Disputes of all types can quickly turn acrimonious, escalating tension on both sides until you feel like going to court is your only option, however with our Commercial & Civil Mediation services in London, this is not the case. Mediation is seen as a preferable option to the traditional court process as it helps to reach a constructive agreement avoiding legal proceedings and saving significant sums of money.
Find out what is involved in the mediation process, also known as alternative dispute resolution, including the role of the mediator, how a mediator is appointed and the full advantages of mediation in my Mediation FAQs.
The meditation services we offer are cost-effective and will bring you an element of control, as you can decide whether or not to accept the negotiated settlement before you after just one or a few mediation meetings. The alternative is being caught up in your dispute for months, or years, racking up time and money which could be better spent elsewhere and continuing to live with the emotional toll this can take.
