When getting divorced, it can get very unpleasant and complicated. Sadly, children often get caught up in the process and this can have a profound effect on them for the rest of their lives.

It should go without saying that in any dispute involving children, the most important thing is the welfare of the child. This means that sometimes I am called on to take legal steps which will protect your child or children. If this happens to you, I can work alongside you to ensure you get the outcome you want. This can be an upsetting and complicated time for everyone, but I’ll remain by your side and committed you guiding you through the process.

Divorce or separation doesn’t have to come with high legal fees. In fact, I will encourage you to work on parts of the process yourself with my guidance, so you can save money.  Equally, my fees are just £250 per hour (no VAT) so you won’t be saddled with a bill that’s out of control.

Unlike many Lawyers, I am not solely motivated by the financial side of my business. That’s why I cap my fees at £250 per hour. Instead, my goal is to create tailor made solutions to every case that lands on my desk. These solutions must be practical, amicable and cost-effective.
