Quick settlement of inflated claim
I was having difficulties with the head lease owner of a garage property. The lease was one including a share of costs under a repair & maintenance clause The lease holder tried to stick me with a share of a total redesign & rebuild exercise Richard sorted this out fairly quickly & in my favour.
